The world is sick. You don't have to be.
This is a story in two parts: First Why, then How.
For the actionable health advice skip to the diagrams below. But for the un-fluoridated mind, here's some nuance the midwits won't appreciate.
Why is this happening? Why does this matter?
The modern world makes the human animal sick by design. We live and work in blue light cubes. We wear rubber shoes and plastic clothes. We consume poisoned 'food' and water, and take pills for everything. We're fed pornographic media to control our minds and numb our Spirit.
Everyone is yapping about the next health 'hack', trendy diet, magic supplement, and morning routine you've never heard of. The M.D.'s and P.H.D.s learn from compromised curriculums and pump out prescriptions like they're hot cakes. Centralized 'science' prints 'studies' funded by the snake-oil conglomerates. They pedal the problems and package their solutions.
It's overwhelming. They make the truth seem complicated. But true health and Vitality are simple. Everything else is marketing.
This is my aim for this letter: To separate signal from noise, and clarify your path to Vitality.
I've synthesized the 'Sphere's of Vitality' structure below from 3 domains:
Psychology - 'Locus of Control'
Economics - The '80/20 Rule' & 'The Law of Diminishing Returns'
GeoPolitics - 'Spheres of Influence'
Let's begin with the mind, and the 'Locus of Control'.
In psychology it's understood that people with high agency and self-efficacy have a strong internal locus of control.
That is to say: they believe that they have a tremendous amount of power over the events in their lives. They don't see themselves as victims of external circumstance. They are at the cause.
Wherever you point the finger of blame, power follows.
Next, we R.O.I.maxxx using ‘The 80/20 Rule’:
Simply stated, the world is extremely non-linear. There are a small percentage of inputs (20% or less) that will be responsible for most results (80% or more). This universal law is often far more skewed, approaching 90:10 or 99:1.
A simple example; A restaurant makes most of it's profit on a single dish or drink. Meanwhile the remaining 90% of the menu produces no meaningful profits.
We pair this with ‘The Law of Diminishing Returns’:
Past a certain point, you won't get more by continuing to do more. 10 pull-ups is good, 100 is better, but 1000+ is wasting time and doing more harm than good. The same is true for your $50 greens powders, 'essential' oils, and most other 'supplements'. A small amount of your habits will get you most of your results.
Finally we add in the 'Sphere's of Influence'.
The concept comes from nations expanding their 'sphere of influence' in the world by extending their tentacles into foreign affairs via military and financial coercion.
And while the concept at the state level is nauseating, it holds great power for you and I (the sovereign individuals)…
The sick man can only help himself.
But the Vital man has energy to pour into his family. A Vital family strengthens their community. Vital communities transform systems. Re-vitalized systems remodel nations. And noble nations can pen a new paradigm into history.
It all begins with an abundance of personal Vitality. Your relationships, work, self-confidence, creativity, mission, and more all benefit.
You are entering the Upward Spiral.
But How do we reclaim our Vitality if we don't know where to start?
We must wade through the muddy waters of methods and modalities to see what deserves our time and attention.
It's useless to 'bio-hack' or 'optimize' before mastering the fundamentals. If you aren't walking over 10k steps per day, you have no business getting bloodwork or niche supplements.
Separating these components into layers of importance makes the path clear. Only after mastering each layer, should you concern yourself with the next.
And there's good news! The things with the largest R.O.I. are free, God-given, and fully decentralized.
I will not use this letter to defend the rankings in this framework with 'scientific' studies or clinical trials. This is both due to scope, and also because I see the need for clinical justification for everything as part of the problem.
If you cannot understand that The Sun (the literal source of all life on earth) is central to your health and vitality without a study: you have a critical thinking problem.
No one thinks for themselves. Stop outsourcing your life.
At the innermost circle lie the true pillars of Vitality; Light, Water, and Magnetism.
Get as much sun on your skin as possible. Watch sunset and sunrise. Stop drinking tap water. Drink non-fluoridated, spring or filtered water. Add clean electrolytes (sea salt) so your body can use it. Take your shoes off when possible and touch the earth. Touching trees and swimming in the ocean/lake works too. Breath fresh air always.
Moving outward brings consumption and kinetics.
Eat whole foods. Move your body everyday. Walk, sprint, do pushups, pull-ups, and squats. Jump rope, swim, talk to new people, laugh, and smile more. Pray often, worry less. Strive for improvement and not 'perfection' here.
The lions-share of your Vitality will come from these first two rings. Once these are on lock, you can treat yourself to some red light glasses, or a nice pair of organic linen underwear.
As stated before, this path is an upward spiral. Every step feeds into the next.

If you are sick, you can heal.
And healing doesn't come packaged in a translucent orange cylinder.
